Jennifer Trubenbach,
President and Executive Director
Jennifer is the President, Exec. Director and Mission Director of each surgical mission. She also manages all of the grant-writing, fundraising efforts, surgical supply inventories,
donations, travel logistics, volunteer staff, as well as the day-today
operations on each surgical mission. She works closely with the Embassies of
each country, as well as, the respective governments and private citizens.
Jennifer was named People magazine's "Hero Among Us" on CNN's
All Star Hero Tribute, Thanksgiving night, 2008, after bringing to the
United States, a young boy, Beloved, needing complex surgery after a land mine blew
off the lower portion of his face. She received a "Well Done Award" by
Kingdom Assignment and was named by Metro magazine as "OC Top 25 Business
People", in 2009. She is proud to be Beloved's "American Mom".
Jennifer's previous career spanned more than 20 years in the corporate
field; as a consultant to a Fortune 10 company, a flight attendant/trainer,
and a corporate trainer. She holds a Masters in Educational Technology from
Pepperdine University and was honored as Pepperdine University's 2009
"Distinguished Alumna" as well as, "Distinguished Alumna of the Year 2009" from
Azusa Pacific University. She and her husband, Ted have one daughter, Mari
Mora Trubenbach. Mari's been a volunteer on ten missions and she
currently attends George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Jennifer is available for speaking engagements. She was a featured speaker
at such events as the Harvard University, Sundance, Women's Leadership Conference,
(2010) commencement speaker at Pepperdine University (June 2009), Azusa
Pacific University, Community Presbyterian Church, West Covina and MOPS
organizations. She has been featured on SIRRUS radio and KABC. If interested

Stephen Clawson,
Marketing & Development Director/Secretary
Stephen Clawson is the Marketing and Development Director for Operation of Hope. Stephen graduated from the University of Oregon in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Fine and Applied Arts. With 20+ years of marketing experience, Stephen's client base includes Nike, adidas, Hilton Hotels, The Bronx Zoo, The California Academy of Sciences, Woolrich, Columbia Sportswear and Patagonia.
Stephen creates, manages and produces all marketing material as it relates to Operation of Hope's fundraising and media needs. Stephen is also a key officer on Operation of Hope's development team, raising the funds needed for current and future surgical missions.
Stephen lives in Portland, Oregon and enjoys cooking, home improvement projects, photography, cycling and spending time with his three children.

Cindy Byers Atha
Ms. Atha is a highly experienced Senior Executive with a 22 year history of outstanding sales leadership in a series of increasingly responsible Sales Management roles within the pharmaceutical industry. She currently is the Senior Director of Managed Markets with Amylin Pharmacueticals overseeing Managed Care Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Contracting, Trade, and Distribution. Ms. Atha began her pharmaceutical career in field sales with Merck & Co. and then moved to AstraZeneca where she advanced into Senior Sales Leadership. She was the recipient of more than 16 sales awards for exceptional individual and group performance and AstraZeneca's highly prestigious "Leadership Excellence Award." Early in her career, she was recognized by several key healthcare clients as the best account representative in the industry. She gained formative experience as an Account Executive with Scientific Technologies, promoting the sale of research and medical equipment to leading biotechnology companies and medical centers. She was named to 2009-2010 Cambridge Who's Who Registry of Executives, Professionals, and Entrepreneurs.
Ms. Atha received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. She and her husband William reside in La Jolla, CA. She is Chairman of Public Relations and Marketing for the California Federation of Republican Women.

Christine King
President, TMG International
From the youngest Director of Publicity at one of the world's largest and most reputable publishing houses, King left the British firm of George Allen & Unwin for a 6,000 mile journey to Los Angeles. Upon arrival in LA, King utilized her writing and journalistic skills at Hill & Knowlton working on such accounts as FTD, Nissan Motors, and Acapulco Los Arcos Restaurants.
Hired by Pacific Holdings, Inc. to work for David Murdock, King became Director of Public Relations responsible for a number of the firm's holdings including, Murdock Management, Murdock Development, Murdock Construction, The Regency Club and Pacific Holdings, Inc. Responsibilities included the initiation and implementation of marketing, advertising, public relations and media campaigns and programs for the company's national needs.
King founded TMG in l980 to specifically offer a multi-level, fully faceted firm offering integrated marketing services to a number of diversified clients. Since forming TMG International and TMG Productions in Los Angeles, King has opened offices in Miami and London. TMG boasts an impressive list of leading clients in various fields including, health & beauty, jewelry, fashion, fitness, real estate, automotive and luxury goods.
King is a member of The Regency Club and The British American Chamber of Commerce. Board of Director positions served and currently serving include: The Society of Singers
(Vice President); The British American Chamber of Commerce, Dream A Dolphin (Chairman), Eco Challenge Youth Foundation (Chair) and Re-Style LA. King worked extensively on the 1984 Olympics heading up the marketing and advertising efforts for the British Olympic Association/UK. These efforts included the publication of six, full color magazines, with distribution through British Airways.
King currently produces a number of high-profile fashion events across the country, working with leading fashion houses and celebrities. Having made extensive guest appearances on radio and TV shows, as well as participating in a number of public speaking events, King is media-savvy and is comfortable at media and public speaking engagements.

Travis Tollefson, M.D. FACS

Dr. Travis Tollefson, a native from Kansas, is the Acting Medical Director, Zimbabwe, Africa. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, his post-graduate degree in Neuroscience and a Medical Degree, from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. A General Surgery Internship was completed at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and a Medical Residency, at the Department of Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas City, Kansas.He has joined the Operation of Hope team in 1996. Currently, Dr. Tollefson is the Assistant Professor of Otolarynogology-Head and Neck Surgery at University of California, Davis. www.drtravistollefson.com
Founder, Dr. JP Clawson
Dr. Clawson, 79 years old, founded Operacion Esperanza in 1988 and after 23 years of service with Operation of Hope, Dr.Clawson has stepped down from an active role with Operation of Hope.
